Final Girl: Starter Set EN

El producto ofrece una experiencia solitaria bastante buena y dinamica, y puedes ajustar la dificultad para mas desafio. El producto si llego un poco dañado en algunas partes pero no es gran cosa.

I initially thought this was a simple game, roll dice you do actions, then the killer does stuff, rinse repeat. Its my first board game i ever tried to play so i was pretty surprised at how in depth it was. I'd set aside 2 hours for it at first but upon reaching most of the set up i realized i needed to read and watch about how to play the game. Its very obviously well thought out since its designed with expansion sets in mind to be used with the core game. It is very reminiscent of Dead By Daylight's style of killer roster as well as its selection of maps. Make sure you have a comfortable, yet wide play space. There are many pieces and cards that need their own zones. Something the size of a Twin size bed should be sufficient. My first game took me 2 hours to get through because i forget to resolve steps in the game or forgot a phase. Phase 1 Action - You initially are granted all 0 Cost action cards, this is denoted by the golden 0 hourglass in the bottom right. These range from walk, attack and focus (a card which lets you roll for terror and/or time increase. You then roll however many dice the game board has set forth. (Hans has a starting terror level of 4, so according to the board you would roll 2 Dice) Star die mean great success, double carded die mean partial success, but does not count as a success. Instead these may be exchanged to a great success by sacrificing a card from your hand. Solid numbered die mean failure. If you roll 5 dice for example and you get 3 failures but 2 success die then your roll is successful. Actions mostly require a resource called Time (it moreso denotes how well you manage your time on your turn, not time as a concept) Phase 2 - Planning After you are satisfied with all action cards you wish or can play. You may now purchase action cards from the tableau zone (The zone the manual instructs you to lay out the action cards that cost time units to buy) Any spent gold hourglass action cards may all be taken to your hand (hands must not exceed 10 cards by any means.) Phase 3 - Killer Phase This phase is when the killer makes their move. First draw a terror card and resole its effects. These range from targeting victims, movement and attacking. The number of icons denote how many times it happens that turn. Any time a victim dies the killer gains a tick on the Bloodlust track, the gameboard denotes how this affects gameplay. Phase 4 - Panic phase Very simple phase, if any victim died by the killer and any other victim is in the square. Roll 1 die to see which direction they run to. The gameboard denotes which direction they run. Phase 5 - Upkeep An end game phase, where items may be freely rearranged or equipped. If there are no terror cards left to draw, activate the killer's Ultimate Power Rinse and repeat until the Main girl or killer dies. The game has a lot of mechanics to resolve and new players may forget. The manual tries its best to remind you on the back, but watching a video on how to play is best. For example the killer gains extra health on top of their maximum health if they draw a minor dark power that has health tokens on it. These must be exhausted first before they will be dealt damage, the card is also discarded form play after exhausting the tokens. All in all very fun i think, i will be purchasing expansion packs myself.

Este set contiene todo lo necesario para comenzar a jugar la colección de Final Girl. La colección de juegos de Final Girl se trata de juegos con temática de películas y cuentos de terror, cada película o cuento se vende por separado. Para poder jugarlo tienes que tener la película y el juego base. Este set contiene la caja de inicio y un capítulo de juego, en este caso la película de happy Trails ( que es la de Viernes 13, pero por cuestiones de derecho de autor no le llaman así) Es un set muy completo y los componentes son de muy alta calidad. Mi juego llegó antes de lo esperado y con daños menores en las orillas. Es para un solo jugador y la partida más o menos dura 45 minutos, dependiendo del asesino o ente maligno al que te enfrentes. La mecánica de juego es simple, hay pocos textos pero si debes saber algo de inglés para disfrutarlo completamente. Yo vi tutoriales en internet asi que rápido aprendi como jugar. Me encanto: La calidad de los componentes, el arte de la caja y el hecho de que sea prácticamente como una película de VHS. Me gustaría: Que caja de película incluyera la minifiguras de la final girl y el asesino, lamentablemente tienes que comprarlo por separado. Veredicto: Si te gustan las historias de terror y suspenso y además te gusta ver películas con ese tipo de tematica: este juego debe estar en tu ludoteca.
