Looking for protein content etc no mention of what product consists off

I am not sure but it seems to be as good as the more expensive guppy food I have bought in the aquarium shop which has 46% protein content and my fish love it and are thriving on it.

Why has my tank changed colour to an orange/

Ours changes to darkgreen/blue but it does clear and there is no harm to the fish
