I think it does. It’s not scratchy or tight on the body. The fabric is actually very stretchy.

Not really scratchy, but not completely soft, either. Also, I ordered an XL and it fit my 8 yr old. Sizes are ridiculously tiny! Unless you’re supremely petite (like, child-sized) DONT even bother ordering this.

Can you see through the back? I don't want my underwear showing through.

No because the front and back are solid. Only the sleeves are sheer and see through. However, the entire top is made with very thin, delicate fabric. Best to wear a soft undergarment such as a comfort type bra and avoid anything with lace or clips or sleeve adjustment buckles because the metal parts could easily snag and tear the fabric.
