Perfect for my cathedral ceiling room windows inside the house. Used windex on the smooth cloth and then used the squeegee to get the liquid off. On the outside used a window wash the squeegeed it off. Just like new. Made durable and easy to assemble. The price is well worth it if you don’t want to get up high with a ladder. Does not lose stability as you add sections to it.

We have four large high windows that are almost impossible to clean. Now, we can clean them, and they look so much better. It's not perfect, but I am really pleased.

Love the extension poles. I used this the day I received it just to check out the quality. I would give it 5 stars but the poles twist a bit too much for my liking especially when you have multiple extension pieces together. This was great for reaching some of our windows that are just a bit too high for a normal step ladder. I have not used all the extensions to clean our bonus room windows that are approximately 20' up, but I will give it a shot in the spring. As for streaks, I cleaned windows as the sun was setting specifically to see how well it would clear water and dirt from the glass surface. I'd give it about 4.5 stars for effort! Overall, the product works well, I just have concerns about how freely each piece comes un-done. I'm afraid to overtighten the extensions.

I was able to reach a second story window with ease and I didn’t need to use its full length.

SUPER FLIMSY I bought this to wash my sister’s windows in her condo. The lack of sturdiness of the pole made it very hard for me to clean the windows completely, her windows had not been washed in a few years so they needed a good scrubbing which unfortunately, I was not able to do because it doesn’t matter how much pressure you try to put on the brush at the tip, you lose it because of the pole.

I really wanted to like this 20-foot window cleaner, but it turned out to be a major disappointment. The biggest issue was that two of the pole sections had defective threads and would not screw in completely. As a result, the pole couldn't be assembled securely, and the entire unit felt unstable and unsafe to use — especially at full extension. Because the poles couldn't connect properly, the cleaner wobbled and flexed while in use, making it nearly impossible to apply enough pressure to clean windows effectively. The loose connection also made me worried the pole might separate while extended, which is obviously a serious safety concern. On top of that, the squeegee head felt cheap and didn’t stay firmly attached, and the microfiber cloth kept slipping off. For a product that’s meant to clean high or hard-to-reach windows, this is simply unacceptable. This seems like a classic case of poor quality control. I’ve already requested a return and will be looking for a better-made alternative. Until they fix these design and manufacturing issues, I can’t recommend this product.

Easy to assemble,good to use.

With jobs you'd need to pull out the ladder and scrub- all you need is this nifty little tool- no scrubbing or ladder necessary! Breaks down into smaller pieces so it can be used for high to reach places and not so high alike and stored easily. Very light, even while wet. It doesnt leave streaks like other products do. Highly recommend especially if you have a disability or are elderly.

Game changer, great value for the price. I used at full extension, it is a little too flexible but you soon adapt to keep the weight along the pole, I had washed my high windows for 2 years now they are gleaming. Not perfect but very acceptable. I’d recommend.
