Better as snacks than cooked
So so good! Can’t stop eating them all😮💨 Bit pricey but shiitake mushrooms aren’t normally cheap anyway so this is acceptable. However, cooking with them is not the same fragrance as the dried shiitake mushrooms from chinese supermarkets. This one only has the texture of shiitake mushrooms not really much flavour after soaking in water to rehydrate. All in all would still recommend because its absolutely delicious as a healthy snack!

These are absolutely delicious. Sort of a sweet umami flavour that is fantastic with a lager or other beverages or to just snack on in general. Dried mushrooms are a bit of an unusual snack so it's a good conversation piece at a social.

They seem to have added some kind of seasoning to the extent that you can taste that they are over-seasoned. They're OK but I've had better. But they are still value for money.

Delicious
If you like mushrooms you should love these. So crunchy and full of flavour. Great alternative to crisps. These a very expensive though compared to buying from Costco who make these

Very tasty
Really tasty. My inlaws bought me some at a garden show. They were tasty enough to want to make me buy them on Amazon as a healthy treat.

Don’t believe the hype
After seeing them in tik tok a while ago I’d thought I’d finally try them. Take it from me you need very strong teeth for these bad boys as they are ROCK HARD by the time you manage to bite into it all the powder seasoning has come off and long gone so you’re left with a hard mushroom that very quickly starts turning soggy around the outer edges but stays billet hard in the middle. So annoying as like the others in this brand (broccoli, beetroot, garlic, cucumber) you can’t get to enjoy them with the flavour. I plan on smashing them up into tiny pieces to add a bit of crunch to salads.

Excellent and tasty
I brought these as a Christmas present for someone who loves mushrooms. They really enjoyed them. I will be buying these again. I would definitely recommend to others.
