I’ve owned other ear buds in the past, I like my office system from plantronics and thought these ear buds from poly would give me great quality as far as sound goes. I downloaded the app connected them to my iPhone and played some music, at first I thought it was ok, maybe needing a little fine tuning. After listening and fine tuning with the built in eq in the app, I just couldn’t get these to match past ear buds. I tried different music apps, adjusting the sound settings and trying different ear pieces to see if maybe it was the way they fit in my ear. I tried to love these, and tried everything to get them to sound decent but I just couldn’t get it to have the sound I like. The bass was muddy and not that low. The high frequencies were cloudy sounding, not clear. I put my old ear buffs on the charger hoping the woods hold a charge long enough to connect, they did. Wonderful sound, tight bass, clear highs. It was like night and day. Tried another pair of old ones and same thing. The problem with the old ones is the batteries are worn out and aren’t holding a charge longer than a few minutes. I’m going to return these and try the Sony or Bose ear buds. Hopefully this helps others. Oh I listened to my voicemail and straight voice was great and clear. Like my plantronic headset I use for work.

Sounds quality good. Battery decent. Just really annoying indicators always beeping. It keeps disconnecting and reconnecting to my phone even when it’s next to me. Will give a loud “battery low” message when I’m on calls. Not even sure what this one booboobeep thing means but it does it all the time and it’s loud. Just not an elegant solution like I was used to with AirPods.

I always loved my Poly Voyagers and have bought them for years. When I switched to iPhone I had some trouble with connectivity so decided to try something new. Trusting this brand I went with the earbuds but was quickly disappointed. The connection goes in and out not only on my phone but also my computer. I had major issues during some meetings with voices being garbled and one or both buds disconnecting randomly. The battery life is also very weak. I used them for a few meetings and started from fully charged they were down under 20% by only 3 hours of use. I really wanted to like these but after just a few days I'm so frustrated I have to return them. Was certainly expecting more from the price and brand. I do not recommend.

Quality of the sound is great. The base is better than any other brand I've tried. Sound is clear so it doesn't have to be turned up loud to be able to hear words well. Have no problems with connecting to my android phone, it's almost instantaneous. Charging is quick and really like how long a charge lasts. Fitting the ear piece takes some practice to keep them from falling out but once you get the hang of it there is no problem even while sweating during a workout.

Bought these for work computer. The sound quality is fine, but the mic quality is incredibly inconsistent and they frequently need updates, and the apps and set up/connection are totally crappy. It took multiple attempts to get the verification code in time, and more attempts to actually get it to work. There is phone app but that only updates the buds and not the case.Noise cancellation is also bad. If it detects background noise, it mutes the mic so I don't know what the AI noise cancellation is doing. I can't return them now and since these are for my work computer I'm not spending $50-$85 on earbuds for my work computer ever, ever again. I'll just get a pair of corded ones, and save these for calls I don't have to talk on like town halls.
