I bought this brand because it has a license from Indena S.p.A for the phytosome technology whereas most quercetin phytosomes don't and do not have the same absorption. For normal colds, this is probably overkill, but I had a persistent cough from a cold, and I also had inflammation from a slipped rib that simply wouldn't go away after a couple months. I used this since quercetin is a powerful anti-inflammatory (besides being an ionophore), and the inflammation in my ribs was completely gone in two days. Even after the first day of trying it, the pain was about 70% gone. It might be a coincidence, but I was trying all forms of exercise that didn't help. I'm not sure it helped with the cough, which went away slowly.

My eustachian tubes have been full of velcro/rice krispie sounds for 5 months. It distorted sounds and the crackling noises every time I yawned or swallowed was so maddening. Learned there was an inflammation in the narsopharynx and now my eosinophils were chaotic and wouldn't calm and kept re-inflaming tissue on their own. I learned that quercetin inhibits the eosinophils so they can "realize" that there is nothing no longer wrong and go back to my normal range. After two weeks of use FINALLY the tube blockage dissipated and function nearly as they should since the eosinophils are finally chilling out and going back to normal numbers. I am nearly recovered and no longer hear crackling in my ears. BLESS THESE PILLS.

It’s hard to say, cause I’m taking so many supplements, but anything by Thorne is top quality.

Excellent product

I'm a long-perm consumer of anti-depressant and anti-enxiety meds. This Thorne product appears to have have given me the boost that prescription meds cannot match. Such has been the positive change in the six weeks since I began taking it, I am reluctant to put it all down to Quercetin, but I haven't had a single bad day since starting them. Before this, I rarely had a good day. I will update in a few months.

Great supplement. Allergies (nasal) vanished and no side effects. Helped me get over colds n coughs quicker. A super natural antihistamine and anti-inflammatory 🙌.

This is Thorne's version of liposomal quercetin and it does work if you take two capsules four times a day for your MCAS, but I can't afford it. Other products called "liposomal" do the same thing.

I was taking this for my allergies and I don’t see any difference… I got on to antibiotics to reduce my allergies. But maybe a continued use of this supplement before the allergy season might help.
