Good value over the single serve sticks. Good flavor. Has really helped me with cramping during long swims and recovery after working/playing in the TX heat.

Love this stuff!! I originally got this because i wanted extra hydration minus the excessive sodium that most electrolyte packets have. I put a scoop in my yeti water cup for the day and sometimes a pinch of celtic sea salt and i’m set for the day! I feel definitely more hydrated throughout the day. I workout very often & this is great for post workout! The tiny scoop is actually packed with flavor too and this has helped my boyfriend up his water intake as well. Amazing value for the money with such a great amount it comes with. Will be a repeat buyer for sure!

I like the flavor of this powder. I add it to my morning drink with some other nutropics. I find that it keeps me hydrated during my Bikram Yoga practice which saves me from needing more water. I also like that the ingredients are clean tasting. Finally the cost is pretty good vs others that charge a lot for a basic drink. I'll be buying again.

Really easy to mix in water, especially if you have a milk frother. It tastes super good, like blue raspberry candy. I use one scoop in my 32oz water bottle twice a day and the tub lasts me way longer than other electrolyte powders while keeping my hydrated. I also love that is has clean ingredients and no artificial dyes.

Mixed on whether this works or not. Worked the first day but starting to get some cramping again.

Over the past month I've tried several brands of sugar-free, electrolyte drinks. This is the best flavor from any of the brands I've tried. In fact, overall, I was expecting this brand to be the budget option. Somehow this brand is simultaneously the least expensive per ounce and also among the Best in flavor.

I got the blue raspberry flavor and it’s good with a bit tang. It shakes up easily in my bottle shaker with water. The only downfall is when the product starts getting low it’s hard to scoop inside. The ingredients seem fairly clean from this brand and would repurchase.

Tastes good and lasts for 60 days to save money and good price

This plus some focus on Potassium and my body fluid levels recovered quickly.

It might take time to get used to the sweetness, but I feel that it does the job. Great for long walks on the treadmill
