Are the handles solid stainless steel or hollow?

I believe hollow in middle. All riveted so hard to tell., love love love trimontina. Pots themselves are all one piece. Some pots have a ridge at bottom.

Is the rim rounded so that it is easy to pour out of?

No it is a straight rim. I have not had any problems pouring.

Is the 2-quart made in China or Brazil??
