I recently purchased this for my new Samsung s23fe. Its good.And the package is well packed and it contains a 10000 mAh power bank and a USB cable. Its so compact one and can carry even in a pocket. Not too weight. The outer material is of good quality. Its a blessing for long route travel. Since it is space saving can carry anywhere either in pocket or in hand bag. It had 2 ports. Charging may take about 5 hours. It had Simple and elegant design. And it doest have any heating issue. And the main thing that i love the most is Wireless charging supporting. So no need to worry to carry usb cable every time. And since its light weight and compact design i use wireless charging everytime. And the next thing is the battery holding capacity. I can use it for more than 3 days without charging based on the usage. And also the LED indicator lap provided is so beautiful and also it had added features like over charging protection, fast charging and wireless charging. It supports on all of my gadgets like tablet, smart watch, phone, Bluetooth speaker, and even my charging vegetable chopper😀. Loved the product very much and i recommending you this because you get all these features at a very reasonable price. I have used this power bank just for 8-9 months and it started to expand every month. I have to stop using it since it became too dangerous since these type of devices can explode anytime due to its content. Everyone gives their review after using for couple of week and it’s great in its initial period. But no one talks about their prolong use. Most of these power banks have a tendency to swell after repeated usage. I am really disappointed with this company and its flagship power bank. Waste of money

It fully powerups about 8500 mAh in wired output. Am using galaxy s22. Its 3700 mAh(25watts max). It powerups my phone up to 2 times in single charge. But in wierless mode it powerups single time only. So those who are expecting wireless charge like me please go for premium product. Actual Charging speed ( for 3700mAh) - Type Usb A - 1:05mns/1%, Type C - 30 secs/1%, Wireless - 3 mns/1%. Overall it is good for wired charge.

If you’re using a non-MagSafe phone, you won’t get that secure connection, which makes it less convenient. Another point to note is the charging speed—it maxes out at 15W, which feels slow. It’s good enough in emergencies or while traveling, but it’s not fast enough for regular use if you’re in a hurry. On the bright side, the packaging was really good. It came with double bubble wrap, so there were no issues with damage during shipping. One feature I would have liked is for it to come with magnetic MagSafe rings that can be attached to non-MagSafe phones, like other brands offer at this price point. Overall, this isn’t a must-buy product, but if you want to avoid carrying cables during travel, it might be a good option. Just keep in mind its limitations with non-MagSafe devices and the slower charging speed.

The product stopped working before warranty period expired. When approached the service centre they said they wont service it and send mail to ptron. But now the warranty is expired. Contacted ptron by email several times. They replied the product is out of warranty. I asked for paid service but still getting the same reply. Is this the product only for use and through. If the company doesn't help in getting it repaired why to buy its products. Worst after sales service. Dont buy ptron products.

Initially it was good charging speed and capacity was good. But after less than an year, powerbank capacity reduced drastically. Now my 5000mah phone charges just 40% then the powerbank dies. Don't recommend this at all.
