Used to hang up caliper on a Golf GTI MK7,5 whilst replacing front wheel bearings - as this has 312mm brake discs its a big heavy caliper! Easy to use and fit well on the coil spring - decent quality finish with plastic coating so they don't scratch up the red paint and like most Laser tools, good value for money

Good size hooks. Good length, and good width to the hooked ends. Nice solid strong quality. Great for hanging all calipers, including big fixed disc calipers like big Brembos. Nice coating on them aswell, and the bright blue makes it very unlikely to forget to remove them when finished. Good value for money, happy to have paid the smidge extra for these than the cheapest alternatives.

These laser caliper hooks are great quality and size when changing your brake pads keeping your brake caliper safe to avoid damage. it's ease of use and the functionality is very good as well. these two caliper hooks are a great tool to keep in your toolbox.

I wanted to service my cars front calipers and was suggested these over bungie cords. They are perfect for holding your calipers up by the coil springs out of your way free from the floating bracket so you can service your brakes. Really simple design, really effective, the hook fits through the centre of the caliper or via the bolt holes. A must have item for anyone who wants to service their own brakes.

Hat am C-Klasse-Mercedes (S203) hervorragend funktionert, um die Bremssättel aufzuhängen, während ich die Scheiben und Beläge gewechselt habe. Sowohl an den Achsschenkeln vorne, als auch an den Achsschenkeln hinten, hatte ich den oberen Haken in einer Spirale der Fahrwerksfeder eingehängt und am unteren Haken den Bremssattel befestigt.

Top Très pratique pour attacher les étriers sur le ressort. J'utilisais un câble électrique avant. Ces crochets sont plus pratiques.

I regret not buying this earlier. Originally I bought them for the intended purpose - hanging a brake caliper on the spring coil when doing brake pad changes or other maintenance. And it works great for this purpose, big and sturdy enough, and the plastic (vinyl?) cover prevents any damage or scratches. But sometimes in life you just need a big sturdy hook to hang something. I used to get by with smaller kitchen S-hooks or bent a piece of baling wire or coat hanger wire into the right shape. Too small, not sturdy enough, or just plain ugly. I've bought another couple of these hooks and they've been handy to hang a variety of bigger/heavier stuff. I have now bought 4 sets of these. These are slightly cheaper than very similar looking products from other tool companies. I don't think anything would be gained if you go with the more expensive offerings. This product seems perfect.

Habe meine Bremsen vorne und hinten gewechselt und da habe diese Haken dafür benötigt. Theoretisch kann man die Sättel auch mit seinem Spannseil festbinden, aber so ist es dann doch etwas professioneller und sicherer. Kann diese Haken daher nur weiterempfehlen, vorallem, wenn man öfter mal die Bremsen wechselt. Man kann sie natürlich auch noch für andere Zwecke nutzen...
