Well from the point of view of convenience for me personally its very easy to put it on and remove.. and its probably the main thing anyone needs as you need to remove it to put your child in, im.quite sure. So here is 5 stars, no issues, really well thought out.. From the point of view of sun protection its surely probably does the thing, but i somehow expected more in the front of the child...!? Ok i use it on playground and i can turn the other side so the child is protected. But if it was for hiking i would probably put 1 star review.. you may not have a choice which way you go or how you turn, this cover gives 0 sun protection if the sun is shining from the front.. there is no black mosquito type net that you can drop down and cover the front of child face. It protects from all sides apart from the front.. no idea why.. but works pergectly for us on the playground.. surely much much much better than nothing..

Works as it should, good quality

Does the job and makes life easier than the constant battle of getting baby to keep a hat on when in the carrier! Easy to fit to the carrier and can be put on relatively quickly if out and about. Really like the bag to store the sunshade in.

As far as sun protection goes... it did the job. I found the installation very fiddly. The cover had no grip so wouldnt stay fitted in the correct position. Not very easy if you are on your own trying to fit it with a fidgeting toddler in the carrier raring to go. That being said, it did provide shade and the quality of the material was good. We are glad we had it

Light to carry, puts up in a few seconds and does the job!

We’ve just come back from California and used this hiking it was a great sunshade, although my little boy still needed sun hat to shade his eyes but I imagine when he’s taller and older (only 9 months) he will be more shaded in this.
