Q: Can you use over cream paint on wood?

No this cannot be used over paint. This is for natural wood.

Q: Can i use Patina on my parquet varnished wooden hall floor

Patina brings out the grain of the wood on untreated wood. If your floor has varnish on the patina won’t have any effect as the varnish acts as a barrier.

Q: Hi will this withstand hot drinks and plates on a table

Patina will only have limited resistance to hot items placed upon it. There will always be a temperature at which the product will be adversely marked when subject to direct heat.

Q: Would this be any good on mdf?

That depends on what you mean by "any good". It will provide a fairly tough coating, but its translucent you'd still see the rather boring MDF through it. (PS Just make sure the MDF is dust free before applying it.)
