I am using this lamp to help me put puzzles together. The adjustable light pieces are terrific for keeping glare away from the puzzle pieces. The remote is useful and the brightness and whiteness helps too.

The remote makes it a must have lamp. I love that it’s very stream-lined in design. You can turn on each light independently. The outer arms can be adjusted and this is wonderful for when you need task lighting. I didn’t know I needed task lighting until I had it!

I had an unusual use for this lamp and it is doing its job perfectly. I needed a light above my bed that would shine backwards and illuminate paintings hanging on the wall above the bed. In addition to lighting the paintings, the light gives atmospheric light to the rest of the room. The remote control sits on a table near the bed where I can reach it and turn it on and off without getting out of bed or reaching uncomfortably above my head.

Overall pleased with the purchase. Shipped as indicated. Quality seems good and it is solidly built. Lighting itself is great.Only negative I have is that when it is placed on the right back side of the desk, the plug and wire are visable. If the base is turned so that the plug is hidden, the light itself can’t be adjusted the way I want it positioned.Overall happy with the purchase.

I needed a lamp for my computer and my (large) desk. The edges of the desk were too narrow to use a clamp on light. This Micomlan lamp works perfectly for me. It sits behind my 27 inch monitor of my AIO (All in One) computer and has no problem extending over the top of the monitor and the keyboard and desk area. I got the version with the remote, Using the remote is much more convenient than using the buttons at the top of the lamp (and using the top buttons moves the positioning of the lamp. I am very satisfied with the lamp.

Perfect lighting to reach over two large monitors and light the keyboard without glair on the screen.The multiple Kalven light ratings/colors are fine, but once you find the color you want, there is no need to change. Also, having two switches, one for the mail center light and the other for the two side lights/top lights, is very useful.
