how long does it stay fresh?

If you transfer them to air tight Tupperware they stay around two weeks fresh

What are these they remind me of egg rolls

Different type of sweets (no meet), variation of Baklava in an artistic way that will attack your taste buds with different flavors. It is assumed that these are the main food in heaven (for those who go there )

Can you freeze this and is it cold when you receive it?

Yes, you can freeze it. I’m pretty sure it arrived with a cold pack, but not completely sure-we dug into it awfully fast. It arrived in great shape and was YUMMY!
