Toastabags "Crispease Oven Crisper Tray, Red

I bought the crisper specifically to cook frozen fish in the oven. It worked a treat and the batter came out perfect. I didn't need to turn the fish during the process, so all in all I'm well pleased with the purchase. I'll now be trying a few more food items, given how the fish turned out. I highly recommend one to all.

It may sound silly but this crisp ease tray has been game changing for me. Chips come out lovely and it's great for things like breaded chicken or fish, brings them out lovely and crispy without the need to flip things over whilst cooking and having one side stick ECT. So easy to use and clean. Love using this now compared to a standard baking tray.

Use it a few times a week get better results than in a oven dish or under the grill.

I've been using this for few months and it's great. Rubber band is still intact, the mesh is intact, no tears or holes. I do not scrub this at all as it looks like scrubbing might destroy it. I might try wash it with a sponge one day, but not yet. Only using it for oven french fries, so not much food/fat getting on it in the process. Directly after frying stuff in it, I press (press, not scrub, not rub, just press down) paper towel onto the mesh to suck out all the remaining fat and it's ready for next use.

Won’t use anything else for oven chips. Even bake, raised edge to stop anything falling off and great value.

Lovely for cooking everything you want to crisp, chip, chicken bits etc., and no turning over. Prawns were great. So very easy to clean but I do put a baking tray below to stop any fat dripping onto my oven base.

Makes oven chips really crispy, but quite hard to use, as it's so flexible and has no handles or rigidity to the basket

This works well. For some reason, the gas oven in our house tends to leave items in the centre of a baking tray soggy or uncooked compared to those at the edges. My old cooker was an electric fan-assisted oven, and didn't have the same problem. This tray produces evenly cooked oven chips in our new oven. You can get cheaper baskets made of similar material, but the solid frame of this one makes it much easier to take out the oven without loosing precious chips!

I ordered for oil free cooking - I've used them so far for breaded okra, onion rings and frozen plant based burgers - it worked most excellent! The tray was so easy to clean and the food came out great. I placed it on a baking sheet to catch crumbs - and one of the burgers I made to catch some drips of moisture. The tray makes healthy cooking much easier.
