Why can the measurement of internal resistance be a good or bad sign for a battery?

The battery will be damaged during use, the capacity will decrease and the internal resistance will increase. The lower the internal resistance of the battery, the better the performance and the higher the load capacity.

Does the battery need to be fully charged for measurement?

The internal resistance of a battery is usually different when it is fully charged and when it is low. When the battery is fully charged, the internal resistance is usually lower. When the battery is low, the internal resistance is usually higher.

Why are the measurements unstable?

There is poor contact between the test clip and the battery, or there is a strong background noise.

Why is the measured internal resistance higher than the battery internal resistance?

The internal resistance of a large capacity battery is very low. The internal resistance of the battery electrode or wire is often higher than the internal resistance of the battery. The clamp needs to be in the correct position to get accurate data.
