Neco Remote Control Unit For Roller Shutter Garage Door With 2 Transmitters

Perfect little solution for my roller door, hunted everywhere and got great assistance when confirming its compatibility. Easy install, only thing is stop and lock functions don't work but that wasn't an issue for me just wanted to get the door to open and close.

For some time now our old receiver had been playing up and eventually gave up the ghost before Christmas. The fuse had melted onto the board and failed completely. This new receiver which includes 2 fobs works great. It’s smaller than the last receiver but it’s waterproof and easily accessible for installation at the same time. The reason for 4 stars is because the instructions when it came to wiring wasn’t helpful. I actually had to go on YouTube and find an older generation box to find out where the electric cables went into. I’m not an electrician and would advise against installing yourself if your not confident but I found it simple (once I found where the correct wires plugged into, I suspect they don’t put this on the instructions as they’d expect a qualified electrician to install this)

Excellent produc with long wirless range but instructions need to give additional information such as the wiring connections are in fact plugs and can be removed for installation

Functionally, this is a great little unit, but it is let down by its woefully inadequate instructions. I almost returned mine as I didn't think it was working. I did eventually suss it out and one installed is a big step up from my previous press and hold buttons. One button press and the door opens and to close it's press and hold (I have it set to deadman operation). There's even a selector switch to swap the open/close if you were unlucky enough to wire it the wrong way around. 15 minutes effort for someone to write a decent set of instructions and this would get 5 stars

My shutter had stopped working and as it only had one remote control,I looked for a replacement.this has fitted the bill,two remotes and it operates my shutter perfectly,probably could do with better instructions but I understood it,great price as well

works perfect, very slow post when i found out was only 2 miles away from me. All items were in box with remote battery.

Information leaflet provided not detailed enough. Hence 4 star rating. Otherwise a good unit.
