Each pill is scored to be cut in half but it does not just pull apart by hand. You could use a pill cutter or just a knife to cut it in half.

Is Iron one of the ingredients?

I don't see iron on the label. There may be another word for it, but I don't think so. Women's vitamins have iron but it's not normally called for for men (real men are made of iron if not steel, right?) There's a number you can call for good information: 1-800-4287782.

Does this supplement contain iron?

No it does not have Iron which is why I buy this one. My iron levels were extremely high. If you want iron in your multi vitamin then you would want Kirkland Daily Multi.
