Used as an alarm - but clock STOPPED overnight!!!
Runs slightly slow despite following the instructions to adjust.BUT much worse! The first time I used it, set for a 7:00 alarm, the clock STOPPED at three am!!!Luckily, I had set a back-up alarm on my phone.Would return it for a refund, but stupidly have disposed of the box.

Three Stars
Feels a bit cheap and plastic-y! It's ok, does the job, but not anything you would want on show!

Time adjustment
Good size, clear dial. Quite tight to wind and winder key very close to the adjuster for the hands.Still trying to get the time keeping exactly right by moving the +/- adjuster very slightly.Quite good value allowing for the price.
User
Poor Quality
The one I received was so poor that I returned it (didn't know it had to go back to USA. The clock mechanism was loose so it was impossible to set the alarm, the paper(!) dial was bent up at one side and the clock stopped after 18 hours on a full wind, the case seemed to be made of plastic rather than metal. The 'eco' box it came in was good.

Hard and awkward to wind up, only ran for 15 hours, alarm pin was a cheap lever. Sent back
Looks quite good but cheaply made back. It didn’t keep time (lost 5 minuites in 4 hours) so had to adjust regulator . Clock was meant to run for 30 hours but only ran for 15. Very awkward to wind up clock part as key too close to time set knob which itself is a cheaply designed flattened shaft. Would be difficult to use for people with dexterity issues. The alarm was meant to be a pop out button per the instructions but wasn’t. A physical lever. Would have been ok but cheap plasticky thing out of a Christmas cracker. Could have been a decent clock. Shame. Sent back

Make sure only wind it up 5 rotations at a time.
First time I wound up the time 10 rotations, but it got stiffer after about 5, and now whenever I try to wind it up it is immediately stiff and only does about 5 rotations, so I think it gets stuck on the 5th rotation, I should have only wound it up 5 rotations for the first time, as I seem to have over-wound it, which I think I remember is not good for these wind-up clocks. They should have put a warning message about this. This is the only wind-up clock available and I really need one. I might try to get a little spanner to take it apart and try and fix it, or perhaps buy another one or get this replaced.

Cute clock. Reminds me of Grandma’s bedroom clock.
I like this little clock. It as an audible tick. My daughters noticed is twice as fast as their clock. Wind up keys for alarm and time separate. Setting knobs for alarm and time are also separate. And there is an adjustment function for accuracy…. Mine was a little fast, initially, and just moved it over a smidge and that fixed it.I think mine was pre wound a little tight. Instructions say to carefully wind to line up with box slits to remove- which I did, and it was tight. I set and started clock and after bout 3 hours- it stopped. A tap on the top started it back up. I positioned it on my dresser to stand alone better, afraid a key may have caught. 14 hours more- I heard it stop, woke me- I tapped again and wound it- still felt tight. Started again. It stopped again after a number of hours! The clock is easy to read, the alarm functions well, it is easy to grasp in one hand. I hope this is a fluke- I am exchanging for the same product and will take great care removing it, I may just let the keys wind down to line up with the slits on the package to remove. The box states a 2 year limited warranty- at Equity out of LaCrosse, WI. I’m sure they would fix it, but exchanging through Amazon is likely faster for me. If the next model doesn’t work as expected, I will adjust my review- but, if it does work, this is a good little wind up clock and I would recommend.* the knobs have arrows to turn for adjustment. Follow the arrows. Even if the hands will adjust in either direction, the gears are designed to all move in tandem in one direction- so for longevity, you should always adjust “forward”. Even in the fall 😉.

Wecker
Der manuelle Wecker ist sehr gut und man muss keine Batterien zu Hause haben sondern nur Muskelkraft.
