Nice size crystals, great for finishing muffins, loafs, pies etc. gives your home bakes a polished look. Tastes sweet, like regular sugar. Good value for the money, I’d recommend.

This sugar is the same texture, size, and consistency as a well-known royal baking company's offering, at nearly half the price. Don't get me wrong, I indulge in top quality ingredients when I can, but I also like to save $ when possible to balance that out. Sparkling sugar is an item I feel I do not need to buy from a more expensive boutique brand because, its sparkling sugar, how different can it be? I can tell you I have baked with this sparkling sugar and a more expensive brand and they both bake up the same, have the same crunch, sparkle, and texture!

There was a misunderstanding when it was "international shipped" as when purchased item it said it was shipped locally. However....the sugar, which is fresh, and a good size bag, came right to my door with NO defects, and NO extra fees. So dont be put off from buying, the item arrived on time, in 100% condition!

It’s really hard to find course sugar and I’m very pleased with the size.

The bag is pretty small, just over 300 grams. I know this info is in the listing but when I saw the $35 price, I just assumed it was a bulk sized bag. The sugar is nice and kept its shine after baking, but I don't know why such a small bag is so expensive. For premium cocoa and vanilla, sure. But I used to be able to get this in a different brand for 1/3 the price and it looked just as nice on my baked goods. From now on I'll look for a cheaper option or do without.
