Cheap and easy to use for lat pull downs
This is my second one because I am using it to hold my leg down for lat pull downs on my rack. Cheap. Easy to use. Goes on and off easily.

Good value for split squat
Solid construction. Note the threaded rod is in metric, not imperial if you are looking for a star nut or something to speed up unscrewing. Roller material is nice.

I use it for Nordic curls
Really good foam and vinyl. Like others have said, the bolt is not 5/8, but likely 14mm. Wish it was a solid 5/8 pin with a quick release safety pin. Still it works great and good value. Stability is solid once the nut is finger tight.
