It is the best machine I have ever used, I am using electric sewing machine from last 10 yrs of another brand and now I wanted to change the brand, so I bought Singer's, the best part of it for me that it stitches stretchable fabric without any problem and it has many designs.....so, 10/10 from me, GO FOR IT WITHOUT HASITATION.....

Sent used, dysfunctionalmachine with missing parts, Amazon delaying pickup return indefinitely
Sent me a used item with missing accessories. Needle bent and the thing broke in 2 min of starting. Amazon postponing pickup of return indefinitely. Recreating pickups and lying about the delay happening due to me! Giving me no place to voice concern and let people know of this scam. Worst customer care too.

Not fitted properly.
Machine had a Manufacturing Defect, 1 of the plastic piece wasn't fitted properly. Because of that machine was making a very loud noise when running. But I cought on that and fixed it myself now running smoothly.. But seriously didn't expect this level of carelessness from a premium machine.

I read the instructions thoroughly and did not rely on muscle memory from having a sewing machine throughout most of my younger years. I loaded the bobbin, used the automatic threader (LOVE IT) and gave it at try with my very old thread. After a couple of misstarts I adjusted the tension in the bobbin housing and adjusted stitch length and BOOM I was sewing!! A great starter machine for a casual user to make sure that sewing is something they want to pursue as a hobby. Great price point!!
