Nutritious, Tasty, and Protein-Packed!
Tried Amul High Protein Dahi and Iโm quite impressed. It has a thick, creamy texture and tastes fresh with a slight tangโjust like good curd should. What stands out is the high protein content, making it a great option for anyone into fitness or looking to boost their protein intake. Itโs also low in fat and sugar, which makes it ideal for a healthy diet. Works well on its own or as a base for smoothies, dips, or savory dishes. Definitely a convenient and nutritious addition to my daily routine.

Sweet Dahi.. Not suitable for regular consumption
The curd is sweet.. Would prefer Greek yogurt instead

Good
Taste is a bit different nutritional value is good so is the quality . Very good value for the protein per serving if you don't want to have the powder.

Taste is weird af
The extra few grams of protein is not worth the weird, sweet taste and gloopy texture. Plus expensive too. Quality and freshness were excellent. I just disliked the taste.

Taste like rubber
I think Amul really need to work upon the taste it taste like rubber. And also not value for money product and if the seller is not storing it properly then I donโt think youโll be able to eat it. I have been confining verka protein dahi i would say that is reallly good as compared to this even verka dahi price is lower then this the only issue with that is availability
