Product is Teared and Broken. Water Leakage. I recently purchased a water tube, but unfortunately, it is teared and broken, causing significant water leakage. Since the product is defective, I would like to request a Refund. Issue: Product is damaged and leaking water

Received defective material and taking long time for replacement.
Ordered it for my kid and received a defective product. Amazon has taken for replacement but the delivery is getting delayed with unknown reasons. Now it's showing another 1 week. Very bad service.

They enjoyed it immensely despite the low low of water filled ...
It's just OK product. CONS- 1. It developed a slit on one side after first use itself. The plastic develops folds and cracks soon. 2. No instructions for repair or repair material was supplied with the product. 3. There is no outlet for water after its use. Draining the whole thing is difficult and very irksome 4. The product is not durable as the plastic walls tend to break even with the pool half filled or less. 5. No instruction manual or safety precaution list was given with the product. 6. 1670 is quite high price given the quality of the product. PROS- 1. Absolute hit with children. They enjoyed it immensely despite the low low of water filled 2. Quite spacious; three kids including one of 9 years were easily accommodated. 3. Beautiful in appearance

Not only me. Everyone loved it. I used it for chhath puja and it was very good looking and comfortable. Everyone were asking from where I bought it and what is the price and all.
