yes sure it is useful for winter, i puchased it for winter, really a good product

is it for men also or not ? and for summer to?

It can be used by both men and women. It does have a fresh and floral smell though, which wears off after some time of applying but might not be liked by men. It can be applied in summer too for dry skin but not outdoors as it doesn't have SPF.
