It keeps knees stiff, Stable and gives you that assurance that it will not allow your knee to give away at all... I have Complete ACL tear and Menescus tear but after wearing this you get confidence that your knee will be able to take on weight... I do squats with 30 kg weight even after ACL and Menescus tear... Really usefull and works fine for early stage knee pains

It's dose not have any cut for knee placement which makes it less effective. As I am a sports person and into physical education linefor so long I don't think it's a good idea to wear this during activities.. it will not provide the support u need. Also if you are someone need this knee cap for daily work and activity you can buy this for light support and day long comfort
