Superb product
Very good product. Had bought at my maternal home 5yrs ago and now again ordered at inlaws place. Its been really helpful in kitchen especially if u have many chapatis to make on daily basis. The kneading, chopping is majorly done that too in less than minute.

AFTER BRINGING IT EVERYDAY I AM ENJOYING THE JUICE EXTRACTOR (CITRUS) FOR A FRUIT JUICE IN THE MORNING ,ALL THE CHOPPING BLADE ARE GOOD QUALITY,EASES THE CHOPPING BY A GREAT EXTENT,IT IS GOOD FOT PINAPLE JUICE ALSO .THE CENTRIFUGAL JUICER IS JUST FOR THAT.OVERALL A VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY PRODUCT .YOU CAN HAVE A CLEAN KITCHEN WITH THIS ITEM IN IT.

Problem with the item
The lid of the processing bowl is broken a little bit at the exact point of locking area which is creating a lot of problem and one has to hold it to use the mixie, please take note of this grievance and see to it that a spare lid may be delivered.

Worth for Value and Safety, but due to no small hole blade I have to return it.
Food Processor is a worth for value and also for safety. But they should add more blades especially the one with small holes. And so I have to return it the next day as at my home we need small hole blade, which is not provided. Safety feature is awesome, without locking both the cap the Mixer does not starts or if the cap gets removed the mixer stops.

Product broke down within 4 months,10 days to repair.Pathetic product & pathetic service
The lock if the machine broke down while grinding on its own within 4 months of purchase. Visiting charges were not taken under warranty but I had to pay for parts. The service team took 10 days to repair. The repair executive asked me to cancel complaint and re-register complaint to get fresh date of complaint, so that he can show in his records that the complaint was attended immediately. Pathetic service Such a bad experience with Bajaj Electricals. I will never suggest anyone to buy this product.

Good product. Terrible service
Very handy product with a lot of good attachments. The biggest drawback is the after sales service from Bajaj. That’s just TERRIBLE. They will attend to a customer according to their fancy and not when a customer wants. The machine also makes a very loud noise.
