Good sturdy mechanical keyboard, unbeatable price, great tactile feedback, and works on Mac OS X Yosemite!
Good keyboard so far. As many people have commented on Amazon and some other sites, the space bar leaves a bit to be desired (it's a bit squishy and hard at the same time), but I'm hoping that that will get broken in with use. If that doesn't change, I will revisit the 5 stars in some time, but so far so good. Another important fact is that this keyboard works right off the bat with Mac OS X Yosemite. I am using this with my Macbook laptop (2015 model), and it got configured with no problems whatsoever. I was a bit apprehensive about that since there were conflicting stories about Mac support both here and on other review sites. Moreover, TVS did not respond to queries about the same. I took a plunge, and I must say that it's well worth it. The keyboard is sturdy, quite a bit longer than other keyboards (in fact I think it's almost as big as the classic IBM Model-M), it's surprisingly not very heavy, and typing on it is a real treat after years spent on sub-standard squishy membrane laptop keyboards. I would recommend moving to a mechanical keyboard like this if you plan to type for more than an hour or so every day. The tactile and audio feedback is wonderful, and typing is almost effortless. Contrary to many reviews, the keyboard is also not very loud for a mechanical keyboard. The final point to consider is the wonderful pricing. There are not many mechanical non-gaming keyboards available here in India, and the only other alternative I could find on Amazon was the Das Ultimate Keyboard. However, that is priced almost 6 times the price of this keyboard! And having read tons of reviews about that keyboard, the quality is the same (if not inferior). Anybody considering buying a mechanical keyboard should definitely consider buying this little beauty. Finally, TVS (and some sellers here), get your PR act together - this works on Mac OS X as well (and not just Windows XP onwards and Linux). UPDATE: After having used this for more than a year, I can still say that aside from the noise (which I personally like, but can be a tad too loud during the night), this keyboard, especially at this price, is still unbeatable in India. I had purchased a chiclet-type keyboard for some general typing work during nights, but after having used this keyboard, that one was nigh impossible to type on. I missed a lot of characters, and after typing with a lot of force for an hour or so, my fingertips started to ache a bit. It was this contrast that made me realise the true value of this keyboard. Of course, the space bar is still a bit of a sticky point, but I would consider this the best keyboard made in India under 10K today. Hands down.

The BEST Mechanical keyboard for typing. NOT FOR GAMING
I am a programmer and play many games... As for the review, if you are searching for a mechanical keyboard in India, then it depends on your purpose... if u want it for pure typing ... then just go for it, You will never ever imagined such a pleasure in typing especially when you switch from member and keyboard.... on the other hand... if you want this for gaming... then just no, this is not for gaming..... for instance in GTA 5 u just can hold 3 keys simultaneously, it recognises only 2... lol seriously then how can u game... I use my controller to play and perhaps I use it for some causal gaming where u don't necessarily need more than 2 keys pressed at the same time(key rollover). Then what's the option? If u want mechanical gaming keyboard with cherry in it then only option in India is corsair strafe for the lowest price (which are shorted and used*) Or With taste gold use a wireless controller beside to play games Or Get a semi mechanical keyboard like cooler master devastator 2 Finally for my budget as I aldrrady had a controller and being a programmer thanks for such a incredible mechanical keyboard only for typing

Cherry MX Blue, Solid feel. Overall Good VFM
I am writing this review after using it about 3 weeks. The packaging was not very secure as flipkart or snapdeal ones. Also the courier company (FirstFlight) took a awful amount of time to deliver the package. I am very dissatisfied with their service. The keyboard weight more than 1kg, which is good because it will not slide on the table. The keyboard has Cherry MX Blue tactile and clicky switches, which is perfect for typing. It already improved my typing speed and touch typing skills. The construction feels solid to me, i have heard that many programmers using the same for more that 10 years. On the downside, they keyboard is bulky. It has almost the same width of my 24" lcd, so i have to move my mouse pad to the corner of my table. The plastic used looks solid but the craftsmanship is bad. My keyboard had a few cuts on the left side when i received the product. The print quality of laser etching is worst i have ever seen in a keyboard. Even the 100rs Chinese keyboard have better looking prints. But anyone looking for a mechanical keyboard is not gonna look at the prints on keys, right. Also it does not have any multimedia keys, which is not a issue for me. Another big issue is the cable length, which is too short. I already ordered a PS2 extender for better cable management. Also it is not spill proof. Verdict: If you want to improve your typing skills, get this one without a second thought. If you are a gamer, this is not gonna help you much, get a membrane gaming keyboard instead. If you care about the looks, then look somewhere else. After all you will get a good product for the price you pay. Note: There are two versions, USB and PS2. Get the PS2 if your PC have a PS2 port. It is better than USB. I am looking for a blank keycap set for my tvs gold. If anyone interested for the same please leave a msg.

Magical Keyboard. No comments, just buy. (SATYAJIT SINGHA)
Best keyboard I have ever used, don't think secondly, just buy. Cherry mx blue switches gives a luxury feel while typing every switches. Mechanical keyboard is the best keyboard for typing as well as gaming. Typing on TVS GOLD USB BHARAT KEYBOARD is the feel like typing on heaven, it will increase the typing speed of anybody of at least 10(words per minute). Very very very soft keys just like butter, I can't explain you. I think everybody should buy this. Every press gives you a sound of a click, like you are clicking your mouse. But it is not that much loud, as everybody saying in review that it is very loud while typing, I hope they are giving much more pressure, that's why its coming little loud. I am a professional typist and my speed was previously 65(WPM) but now it goes up magically over 10+ and my current typing speed is over 75(WPM). I usually apply very very low pressure and it works like a charm. Typing on low pressure delivers highest speed. On the other ways, the starting price of Mechanical Keyboards are 6,500 to 12,000 or even more like 40,000 yes it is true. As it is Indian brand, so you can get it in a very affordable price of just 2,150(Current price). It is not for only professional guy, but for everybody, just buy this keyboard and increase your speed permanently by 10(WPM) + after that your normal typing speed will be increasing gradually, with normal keyboard even you can type more efficiently with more WPM. Pros: 1) Softest switches 2) It has the capability to throw the input of five switches together, and all the switches will come absolutely correct on your display. 3) Works with a very very very low pressure stroke. 4) Premium quality cherry mx blue switches. 5) Strongest keyboard I have ever seen. Strongest and heaviest around 2 kgs. 6) Gaping of switches are normal just like any us keyboard can be found in the world. So, the keyboard is large, but the gaping are same. 7) Built quality is wonderful. No comments about that. 8) Keyboard wire is very strong and thick and it is same thicker as of our main power supply phase of our house that is coming from main meter. So, don't think about the wire, it is strong enough to hang a man. 9) In emergency it you don't have any brick to through to protect yourself from thieves then you can through your keyboard, he will die with a single hit... for sure. 10) All the 5 star reviews are telling everything about the sturdy feel of the keyboard. Cons: Never, Impossible, No way....... No bad sides of the keyboard. Thanks for reading, just go and order one for you, life is very short.... Experience something unbeatable... Thanks a lot for reading friends... bye.

High quality keyboard, dirt cheap compared to similar keyboards from other brands
This is the cheapest mechanical keyboard that you can find. I have owned this model in the USB variant for a few years and I ordered another one for work now. Pros: - Needs very light touch to register a key stroke - comfortable for typing for many hours - sturdy build - the letter printing is very strong (the ones on my old keyboard <same model> have still not dimmed a bit in 3 years of usage) - very reliable Cons: - very heavy If your work and life involves a lot of typing, get either an ergonomic keyboard or a mechanical one (Cherry MX blue switches). This model has the blue switches, which is perfect for typing. This is the cheapest mechanical keyboard you can find and that is because it is an indian brand. Most other mechanical keyboards are from American or Chinese brands are are 4 to 5 times more expensive, but the typing experience on all of them is the same. The keyboard does not have fancy design, in fact it is quite unattractive to look at, compared to other keyboards, but it gets the job done. I love the feedback with clicky noise. This is not a great keyboard if you want a quite environment. They make a lot of noise because of the type of switch, so be aware of that. I personally do not mind that noise, in fact i like it to an extent. Overall, I love this keyboard and would recommend it to anybody who needs to type a lot without fatigue.

Genuine Cherry MX blue switches. Best bang for your bucks.
You can't really go wrong when you are getting a keyboard with cherry mx blue switches at this price point. Cherry is the most trusted brand of mechanical keyboard switches. They didn't disappoint. When it comes to the keyboard itself, it is very sturdy and can take quite a beating. The risers at the back of the keyboard elevate it to an angle that is really comfortable to type comfortably. The keyboard, as you can see from the images can be a little more compact around the edges and could do with some better printing on the keycaps. The keycaps can be easily removed if it is any consolation. I have seen some units that shipped recently and they have much better printing. As far as software is concerned, this is plug and play. No drivers necessary. Tested on Windows 7,8,10, Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS and OS X El Capitan & Sierra beta. They also give you a font pack in their website that adds the rupee symbol. A nice touch. PS: Please rate the review if you found it helpful. (or not)

Keys are sensitive and have good stroke
Cons: 1. It is an old style keyboard and not at all all ergonomic. 2. Backspace key is really really small, probably most used key by anyone after space. 3. Expensive for this basic model. Pros: 1. Keys are sensitive and have good stroke

Amazing solid keyboard at this price!
Wow. I'm impressed. A solid Cherry MX Blue mechanical keyboard at this price is pretty much unheard of. When I opened the box, I felt like I was looking at the last keyboard I would ever need to buy. Visions of typing my memoirs 50 years from now on this very keyboard flashed before my mind's eye. One keystroke, and I was in love. Never thought it was possible to fall in love with an inanimate object? Tread carefully if you're considering this beauty. You might be stuck for life. Amazing tactile feedback, that super-satisfying "click" each and every time—juicy. When you type on this keyboard, you really feel like you're typing something important, meaningful, even if it's just an Amazon review or a quippy caption to the latest picture of your favorite fuzzy animal. Other than the keyswitches, the keyboard itself is solid, well built, and hearkens the golden days of computing in its infancy, when most all keyboards were mechanical and built to last. Really relieves hand fatigue and wrist soreness when typing for long periods of time. Definitely recommend for anyone who does regular, serious typing on the daily—writer, programmer, student, or some rabid combination of all three. Also recommend for anyone who enjoys annoying their flatmates or even their downstairs neighbor, because, yes, these baby Blues are L-O-U-D. If you're into it, then it's music to your ears. If you're not, don't be surprised if people's eyes start shooting little flaming arrows at you, sometimes from across the street. ;) Only one tiny little "fault," depending on your purview... the white printing for some of the letters is slowly starting to show some fade after a few months of usage. Not a big deal for me, but worth mentioning for accuracy in the review. I actually like the fact there's some fade on my keys. Gives it some character, some personality. Like any relationship, you'll have your ups and downs, and over time, you'll start to show some wear. But at the end of the day, it's just a reminder of your ever-present, burning love for each other, day in, and day out. Mmm, mmm, this is real love, oh yes. If you're the kind of typist who needs to look at the keys and would be bothered by something like that, though, then this bad boy isn't for you. Go buy a mushy wireless Logitech and save your dough for something else.
