I use this to squat on the squat rack and it is extremely comfortable, it really alleviates the pain that the raw bar would bring.

This is cute and works ok, but I wish that there was Velcro to fully secure it closed around the barbel.

Hip thrusts really hurt my pelvis so I bought this and problem solved! It’s super squishy so you don’t feel any discomfort during a hip thrust (I do 300lbs) and it’s really flexible so it’s easy to put on the bar and take off with ease. Fits in my gym bag or locker and is super light too. Perfect and great quality for the price. Good grip so it doesn’t move around the bar either.

Bought these for hip thrusting on the smith machine I have seen many girls doing this and it’s very helpful one more workout I can knock out comfortably. Comes with 2 straps to tighten and prevent foam from rolling/coming off. It provides excellent support and makes it extremely comfortable to thrust. It’s a great value for the price. Sizing is standard fits in my small gym bag with no issue or having it stick out. Love the color of it it’s not too bold but yet light enough for me to visibly see it and NOT forget it.
