Thinking of trying this for my sugar gliders tent time. what size do you recommend for two adults and gliders to have plenty of room to play?

I also have 2 gliders and it's the perfect size. They have plenty of room to play in there. It's big enough for a queen size bed if that gives you a better idea of size. :)

what size will fit a twin size bed?

This is only one size. It was perfect for my queen size bed so it’ll be huge for a twin.

Will it fit an 8 panel large play yard? Regalo deluxe 20 square feet and 26 in high?

It will easily fit inside that size play yard. It is the size of a mattress. Check the description for EXACT measurements of height and width and length. Perfect for small kids to play in.
