At first I thought the smell removal thing was just marketing hype, but it does work. The previous owner of my car clearly liked scented washing powder/fabric conditioner so my seat stank and it was driving me potty. There's a lot of nonsense on the Internet about smell removal & that was not going to work on modern chemical technology. So I decided to go high tech too & try the Gtechniq Tri-Clean. I was not going to try it on the car before testing it so I tried lightly spraying some onto some "poisoned" cloths that had been "infected" with the "scent". I was immediately disappointed that it now smelt of modern disinfectants like Dettol multi surface cleaner and was SO glad that I hadn't used it in the car. I left it to dry & was going to monitor what happened over the next few days before washing it out. After a couple of days (it was cold), both the disinfectant smell AND the "scent" had gone! I wet the cloth again to see if any smells returned (disinfectant smells tend to return) and they did not. I repeated the test on another cloth with the same result. Yay! Time for the car seat. As per the instructions for use, I applied the stuff onto a microfibre cloth & gently rubbed the cloth onto my car seat and left it. The temperature was about 12C and after a few hours I went back to see how bad the disinfectant smell was. Well, there wasn't any smell at all! Job done, just have to leave it to dry a bit longer. I can't comment on effectiveness on killing micro bugs or removing other smells such as damp etc but for pongy fabric conditioners, it is perfect.

Gtechniq's products, including this one, continue to prove their value despite the premium price point. I found this cleaner to be highly effective when used with an interior detailing brush. It thoroughly cleans dashboards, intricate controls, vents, and tight crevices, removing dust and grime without leaving a greasy residue. The resulting finish is a clean, modern matte. It leaves behind a subtle, pleasant scent that suggests a deep clean without being overpowering, unlike many cleaners that use strong, artificial fragrances. The scent dissipates quickly, so it won't conflict with an air freshener. After multiple uses, the bottle still feels full, making this a worthwhile investment.

The cleaner does what it says on the tin, grime gets removed swiftly. One thing to note is that on leather such as on steering wheels it does remove the leather coating and oils and can disrupt the dyed color. On fabrics it is perfect

Bought to give my car seats a spruce up as they had some watermarks on them when I bought it. Did the job lovely.

Like all Gtechniq products I've used, they're expensive but worth the money. I used this with an interior detailing brush to clean the dashboard, including radio and heater buttons, heater vents, around the gearstick and in those small spaces where you get annoying bits of dust and grime. It does a great job of cleaning everything, leaving a matt finish and a mild disinfectant smell, but in a good way - it makes the car smell clean without an overpowering smell of bubblegum or something you get from some cleaners. The smell disappears fairly quickly and would be hidden by any sort of air freshener if you didn't like it but it's not a strong or offensive smell. Have done the car a couple of times and still feels a lot left in the bottle, so a worthy purchase.

Damn Good! Nice clean smell. Used it on the dash, doors, trims and a wee bit on upholstery. Best method is to spray directly on to a microfibre cloth and the use another microfibre cloth to dry. You have more control by spraying directly on to a cloth. Best to have two cloths different colours so you remember which one is which for cleaning and drying.

Smells lovely ( a bit clinical) but I like that. It actually cleans and leaves nothing behind, no silly shine, nothing. I’ll be buying more, 35 years I’ve been cleaning my cars and usually use autoglym, I’m a convert to this now 👍

Work like a charm

This stuff worked amazing for the mold in my car. I had a small amount of mold from a water stain that was left for a couple of months. First, i used hydrogen peroxide to clean my car. I did notice that the hydrogen peroxide took care of the mold, but i wanted to make sure it did not come back. So i researched for a while to find an anti microbial cleaning product and came across this brand. Definitely use gloves and eye mouth protection if using this to clean in a small space like a vehicle. This product is definitely worth the money, and is very easy to use, does have a strong residual smell if you don’t soak up the excess product. Did not damage carpet or leather in my car!

Costa qualche soldino in più dei vari prodotti da supermercato (Ma.Fra. e Arexons) ed effettivamente il suo lo fa'; leva sporco dai pellami e li fa tornare ad uno stato di discreta condizione (sempre in base allo stato della condizione iniziale) non fa' miracoli ma se usato per manutenere i sedili fin da nuovi li mantiene in ottime condizioni di pulizia.

I bought this cleaner to use on my Tesla white seats. For that purpose it works very well. Deep Cleaning ? It has tackled everything I've thrown at it in a car interior. But make no mistake, this is an industrial product, one where they instruct you to wear gloves. It comes in a sealed bottle with an included pump sprayer that you attach. The sprayer has a clearly marked, off and on selection, where the spray comes out as a heavy mist. Best results are obtain when using with a micro-fiber cloth. The Scent is also what you would imagine an industrial cleanser would smell like, no flowers, pine forests, or hints of mint here. As it dries the scent does fade until you no longer notice it or the rancid smells of smoke, food, and dirt that you were trying to remove to begin with. This is an expensive, but a heavy duty product, used when regular soap and water are not enough. Recommended
