I bought this to cook our Thanksgiving turkey. I have used a popular name brand in the past and hoped this roasting bag would work as well. It worked great! It seemed as sturdy as the brand I had used in the past. I would buy this again.

Found another reason to use oven bags -- protect cheesecake from water during water bath baking; AND protects stainless steel bakeware from discoloration during the same. Easy to use, satisfying to know cheesecake will be perfect and nonsoggy.

I use these bags as replacement bags for my Volcano vaporizer. Work just as well and are a fraction of the price.I'm sure they make an excellent bag for cooking in also.
