Very "ADDICTIVE" like chips but much more healthier! You will like Chedz no matter what age. You can munch on Chedz by itself or on top of your favorite salads. It comes in gluten free as well. My favorite is the spicy but it also comes in mild and regular flavor too. I like Chedz so much that I always keep a few bags handy in my office as well to snack on. My friends, family, and co-workers that I share Chedzs with always ask where they can get some?Monique Payne
