great coffee maker, the instructions are very clear and easy to follow, easy to clean, store and use. Keeps coffee really hot. very sturdy and durable coffee maker, easy to wash or clean and love the indicator for how much coffee is available. Has wonderful tasting coffee if directions are followed as given.

This is the best coffee pot I have ever purchased and I have had to purchase quite a few. It does a fantastic job of brewing and it looks like it is going to hold up over time. I am very happy with this purchase and will only buy this type of coffee pot from now on.

We use these for a women’s event of apx 300 women. We need lots of coffee and fast. We have found these reliable. This is the third one we have bought and they are all working marvelously! They brew quickly and are reliable.

This is a great coffee vat, LOL because it is a 100 cup truckload. I drink a ton of coffffefeeffefeeeleeeeeeaejwfl;j djwejlef aelefwa;k;ewlj. Sorry, I am vibrating pretty bad. As I was saying, I like this percolating coffee maker. I removed one star because the spigot leaks a tad, sometimes. I had a different one which had zero leaking issues but was small and the power switch failed within a few months. So, I decided to buy this one due to other helpful reviews. I like that it doesn't get too warm on the outside, and that it is appealing to the eye, despite the monstrous capacity. It is sometimes difficult to insert the guts for some reason. I manage, and really hesitate to mention such an issue without having a suggestion in order to fix it. Maybe a more precise bore for the lower receptacle which receives the spout from the filter basket.? I don't know how to fix it but I know it needs attention. All that said, given the appropriate size and simplicity, I would buy it again in 50 heartbeats, (That's one heartbeat to most of you), even if they said it might be a tad difficult to get going. Moving on, I decided to incorporate a wi-fi enabled plug to avoid having to operate the manual switch on this pot. I did that to insure a longer life span with this investment. With that device, I am capable of setting a timer for start, shut off, while getting the huge capacity of this beautiful percolator at a great price. I think my approach is wise, informative and friendly advice to other coffee addicts. I am happy with my order and I hope this was helpful. ✔️ Thanks!

I bought this because of the big bold “NO HASSLE, ZULAY GUARANTEE” and “lifetime” promise. Spoiler: that lifetime is not measured in human years. Within a few months, the water level gauge fell off and refused to go back on, the handles started to melt, and screws kept coming loose. Zulay did send replacement parts the first time, and I appreciated that…until those lasted about six months and different parts started falling apart. I contacted Zulay again, and this time I was told they don’t have the parts and I should just “wait.” In the meantime, I have a large, humming metal urn full of boiling water with no handles. Shockingly, I’m not eager to lift that. It’s now been two months, multiple follow-ups, and still: no parts. Also, the noise: it makes a constant humming sound, like a semi-trailer is trying to parallel park in your kitchen. Between the flimsy build, the missing parts, the noise it makes, and the “lifetime” guarantee that seems to have died young, I do not recommend this product.

Great unit for the price, it keeps the coffee hot.

The Zulay worked well and made a hot cup of coffee. The sides get hotter than the 'professional' (coffee pro) urn which it replaced due to the flat A.C. cord which eventually twisted and began to short out after several years. The coffee stays very hot. The water level gauge is a little hard to read.
