Irca 'Praline Noisette' - Hazelnut Praline Paste 1kg

Just like with any other nut-based paste the oil will separate, so be careful when first opening. This is a versatile paste and can be used in cooking and baking, making chocolate centres, in mousse or other desserts, and I haven't tried it but it would make a nice ice cream. If you're using it at home then it will last you a good long time, and it won't go off.

As a previous review mentioned it is indeed really tasty, and cheaper than other brands.I use this for making praline chocolate and the flavour is really there. Really good product, highly recommend it

Received this plastic container with only a stamp and a bar code. Barely can read anything on the sticker. It says that is the brand I paid (hopefully). Taste good so far . Needed a very good stir. If anyone else have same issue I would like to read about. I don’t know what rating to give . Taste 5/5, packages 2/5

This stuff tastes amazing and has so many uses! The only issue, as with all natural nut products, is the way it separates out - top gets runny, hard sludge at the bottom - and is really hard to mix back together. LOL, good arm workout stirring it, for sure! But it's worth the effort. With a pinch of vanilla powder and a good whack of cacao, makes an amazing vegan Nutella substitute.

I wasn’t sure because of the price so I had previously tried making hazelnut icecream by blending the roasted nuts myself but it still had a grainy texture so I thought I would give this a try to see. It’s so smooth , the I cream came out great! I put in about 4 tablespoons to my standard custard base and beware you also want to eat the paste straight on toast!

This is pure heaven for praline lovers! I bought it to make ice cream, but only managed to make one round because I ate the rest. It's quite sweet, so you don't need to add any sugar. It's wonderful and the ice cream was good too!

Wow, das schmeckt wirklich wunderbar. 50% Nüsse und 50% Zucker, ergibt zusammen ein ölige bräunliche Masse. Vielleicht ein klein wenig zu süß im Abgang, aber das Nussige überwiegt (geröstete Haselnüsse). Ich verwende es zum Mischen.

Ich bin begeistert. Ich habe die Paste fürs Backen gekauft, musste sie aber natürlich vorher auch mal so kosten. Köstlich!

Sehr gut geeignet für croustillant praline.

Great product and much better price than other brands.
