Product & Quality
This has been an absolutely worst experience. I ordered the 411 ANC Black earbuds and received 413 ANC model, which was also defective. After going through the hassle of a return and requesting a replacement, they sent another pair, but now only one earbud is working! This level of incompetence regarding both product accuracy and quality control is completely unacceptable and frankly, infuriating.

Good But Not So Good
It’s good for this range of price but still have some issues: After using just couple of days, I realise that I sound is lagging with the live stream video in YT or hotstar or other. On bike, it sounds very low even if the volume is 80%. The outer body of case is quite weak.

The package in YouTube review is good but I got the product in low quality packing but the airdopes is worth for buying excellent sound quality, after 1 week the one side of buds is not working
