Good one!
Good quality product. Been a couple of months since I ordered - it is working well. Happy with the look and performance. if you need a sensor based garbage can and in a larger size go for it. It is a good deal.

Hands free dry waste bin
Easy to use, and quite big for our family of 5 to keep dry waste for upto a week. Buy the large garbage bag, which is essential for this bin. Touch sensor works well to open the lid.

No customer support available. No one answers the Customer care number. The product is under 2 years warranty but there is no response from Ninestars company. Product stopped working after 1 years use. Avoid these scammers and Chinese products.

Buy only if you want an open dustbin which will not function
Worked ok for a few weeks and then stops working. No matter how much you write to their customer service, you wont get a response. Warranty is a hoax. Better buy manual dustbin and don't get fooled by ninestars automatic dustbin. utter useless product

It works for us. Good product but too bad we found out Walmart online actually sells it cheaper. Only by little bite so we just leave it.

Would buy it again!
This works well in my camper! Battery life is good, opens when it should most of the time, but sometimes I have to wave my hand again. And sometimes it opens when you don't want it to, but only if walking by really close to it, or when I bend over near it, my butt may open it. Maybe that's a me problem, lol. Overall, it's great and I would buy it again.

The product jst stopped working after 2 months it doesn't open anymore and we tried everything changed all the batteries and stuff

Excellwnt Price and Good Quality
The trash can works very well. It has a wide opening, and the sensor responds quickly and efficiently. The 13-gallon trash can liners fit perfectly. Most similar products are priced around $90, so I think this was a great value for the price. Overall, Iโm very happy with this purchase.
