Issue with recharging, had to replace one and returned the replaced one too.
Product is wonderful to use but charging is questionable. I purchased one and it was faulty. Was working fine but when I tried to recharge it (as suggested in manual), it did not charge rather multi-color appeared on charging light. Replaced it and this replaced product started doing same after 2 months. Customer service is top notch. They immediately replied my emails. Tried their best to help but no service centre available in India. All thanks to Amazon, I got refund with their help as the product was under warranty period of 1 year. It is a good product, functionality, quality is also good and silent also but battery life and recharging issue sucks.

Tastatur ist qualitativ hochwertig verarbeitet, lässt sich unkompliziert verbinden. Hilfreich ist das Koppeön mit bis zu 3 Geräten, was auch problemlos funktioniert. Die Tastatur ist sehr flach verarbeitet, ebenso wie die Maus. Einziger Wermutstropfen: die Tastatur hat keine Füßchen zum Ankippen. Trotzdem 5/5 Sternen

Very good keyboard. Good price. Very comfortable to use. Battery lasts long time. Colour is very good. And is super lightweight. It connects easily and can be flicked through several screens. Also had mouse with it. Good functionality.
