Can’t believe something this cheap can have an amazing 4K quality video, this is really fun to use and really simple to use. While the sound quality is not fantastic you can plug your own microphone in which eliminates that’s issue. Really happy with this and will use for many holidays to come so I can show my family the memories we made when we get older. ☺️

Good value easy to use

I was hesitant at buying a generic brand camcorder like this, but thought I'd give it a try as it was a present for my 7 year old.Unfortunately, to give it a try was little more than a waste of time to just send it back again.The image itself is okay, I guess, so long as the camera is sat still and motionless.But handheld, it's really rather jittery.The zoom function too is quite a jerky, stepped affair rather than a smooth motion.I didn't expect Sony or Canon or Panasonic quality at this price, but in the end I opted for a used Canon camcorder from an auction website instead.On paper the ten year old HD Canon camera I picked up (for less money than this) should be inferior. In reality, as with most things, specs on paper don't mean much at all in this regard, and I ended up with a far superior product, in almost new condition, fully boxed, with all the original parts and extras, including the stickers and bags from the original packing process.My recommendation is, if your budget can only stretch so far, get something of good quality used, rather than this new, cheap camcorder. There's plenty of splendid deals available.And if some sort of warranty is your concern, well I'm confident that a quality brand camcorder that's still working as new after ten years will considerably outlast this thing

I purchased this camcorder to capture important memories, but unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the results. While it claims to be 4K, the video quality doesn’t match true 4K resolution—it looks more like upscaled 720p.The biggest letdown is the microphone. The audio is crackly, peaks constantly, and is of such poor quality that many of my recordings are now practically unwatchable. This has ruined several important memories I was hoping to preserve.The zoom is digital, not optical, which further reduces the quality of your footage when zooming in.The only positives are the good battery life and the inclusion of two batteries, which is convenient.Sadly, this camcorder hasn’t lived up to my expectations, and I can’t recommend it if you’re looking for high-quality video and audio for preserving special moments.

I pluged a stereo microphone into it dose NOT work but when I pluged a mono microphone into it it works ? so how you can tell if its mono or stereo on the 3.5mm jack from the mic check whether its got 1 black line or two if it's two its stereo if it's only got 1 line it's mono when you plug it into the camcorder bit of a let down but it was cheap so !!!!!
