Q: does this speaker user Power? if yes 110v or 220v?

Yes, it is a powered monitor, meaning it has a built in amplifier that requires plugging into a wall outlet. I used mine with 110v AC. I don't remember if it can be used with multiple voltages and types of power.

Q: What rca pin size? I have 3.5mm and it’s too big got a conversion to 2.5mm and it’s too small. What the heck?

Look up RCA connector which is 3.175 mm (1/8 inch) in diameter.
