Can I take Subnado on a plane?

Subnado's built-in 98Wh lithium-ion battery is generally permitted in carry-on baggage under the 100Wh limit. Rules vary by airline and region, so confirm with your airline before travel and follow its packing requirements.

How do I maintain my Subnado?

After use, turn off Subnado and clear sand, salt, or debris from the propeller and connections. Rinse with fresh water and dry thoroughly. Before use, ensure ports and O-rings are clean, dry, undamaged, and coated with a proper amount of grease.

No. The Subnado main unit does not float on its own. Always secure it with a wrist strap, maintain a firm grip, and monitor the LED battery indicator so you can return safely before the battery runs low.

Is one Subnado enough, or should I choose a dual setup?

One Subnado delivers up to 6.5 kg thrust and 1.4 m/s for pools and snorkeling. For more power in open water, waves or currents, use two units with the Twin Engine Handle Bracket for up to 2.0 m/s. Performance varies by rider, setup and conditions.

What speed modes does Subnado offer?

Subnado offers Low, High and Super Gear. Low provides gentle propulsion, High adds thrust, and Super Gear delivers a short burst of maximum power. Pull the trigger twice to switch Low/High or three times for Super Gear. Higher gears use more power.
