Manta Pro Sleep Mask - 100% Light Blocking Sleep Mask for Side Sleepers, Breathable and Comfortable for Sleep/Travel/Nap/Shift Work

First thing, yes it does look rather silly looking and bulky if you decide to wear this out while traveling in public, but to be honest, it is probably the best sleep mask I have ever purchased. I have purchased weighted sleep masks in the past but have done nothing, but this one is pretty lightweight and really comfortable to wear. I have been toying with getting one for ages, and as soon as Amazon had them at a discount rate, I grabbed the chance to get one. Used it a couple of times now when taking a nap during the day at weekends, and even took it with me when doing a long drive and needed to take a rest stop for a hour, and felt really refreshed after using it. Even during the middle of the day in bright sunlight, you are in pitch blackness, and does help you to relax. Yes the price can be a little off putting, but find it is worth every penny.

These are great, it's only been a few days but they stay on great. It says no pressure at all on the eyes, but I do feel slight pressure however it could just be that I need to try different adjustments. Product feels high quality and kind of sporty... yeah sporty... for bed haha I wouldn't place it at such a high priced item, feels more like £49.99 or less. But I love it, couldn't have picked a better one for my first. I do recommend it

Total blackout while being breathable. I have had problems with heat and fit due to side sleeping but these are perfect! The question is what is a good night sleep worth to you.

Possibly one of the most unjustifiably expensive purchases I've ever made - generally, quality wise, feel, comfort... the mask just honestly felt irritable. Everything about it felt like one big marketing gimmick and anything you find about it online is so obviously sponsored. 2/10. It definitely 'blocks out all light'... but this shouldn't be impressive and honestly just go with the amazon's choice mask which is like a tenth of the price and feels better. All the stuff about "less eye pressure" or "side sleep compatibility" is no different to that mask (if not, worse with this one (in my experience)), and it wouldn't even stay on my head. You're paying more for their marketing, branding, and the one pair of foam earplugs they give you in return for the extortionate price tag. I never write reviews, but I feel like not saying what a waste of money this product is would be doing people considering it a disservice.

You would have to have purchased the older model than this to appreciate how good you would consider this more recent addition from Manta. For me I do not feel this later( and more expensive mode) is right for me. The packaging is certainly up to a high spec. and the materials do appear to be impressive and in all honesty they are comfortable enough so top marks for this, and yet I do wonder if this is for the better After purchasing the earlier version I have a valid reason in explaining the difference. The biggest issue being that the earlier grey model does ‘blocks out ALL light’; this is not the case for me with this newer outing after using the older, grey model for so long I can definately share this with confidence. Not only this, but the front of the newer model seems to be the same measurement and yet there is light coming through which is an annoyance to me. There is a noticeable difference in comfort when wearing them; (the older, grey model fit very comfortably along the head strap from the first day. But this newer model isn’t as comfortable. Looking at the pictures they appear to be the same size and yet I still have light leaking through the bottom around the cheeks and nose. The older grey ones (as seen) have been a superb buy; I cannot fault them. I have washed them numerous times and I bought them some time ago; actually, years ago. I have used them on a regular basis and could never fault them. The eye cups fit me perfectly on taking them out of their packaging. I always washed them carefully, removing the eye cuffs, and leaving them to dry (a washing machine isn’t a viable option) squeezing out surplus water with a soft towel gave me years of use. Placing the cups is easy enough with the Velcro strips. It’s simple enough to find the ideal position to get them into place. They served me well, they are getting tired and they did a great job over the years I’ve used them. I cannot fault the grey, older model. At this moment in time I’m struggling to match up to the same standard as the older, grey model. From my experience I can confidently say they are not quite the same, but maybe this review might help those who are thinking of a purchase. The older, grey model which is noticeably more expensive might be worth considering before purchasing (?). A FINAL NOTE: I accept that this current model has the benefit of in-ear facility, this might be a big factor for some. If it is a factor to consider for you, then perhaps it’s worth buying them. On a likewise note, if a small amount of light filters through after ensuring you adjust the neck strap correctly, then this also may sway you purchasing choice. I was never able to use sleeping mask, this changed everything! I use it while traveling and it really made the difference. Give it a try you won't regret it

2 stars because box was nice . Product itself feels ok, but definitely not worth the price . It slips of during sleep as any other mask so claims are false. Cooling effect is also widely exaggerated. I woke up mid night to switch to my other, £12 mask which feels and works much better. I have just started return process. Is it was £15 maybe £20 , fair enough, but at £69 I was expecting better performance!

I've worked night shift on and off throughout my career, and I'm currently on again. This time around, I've been sleeping terribly. I figured it was time to give a sleep mask a try. I was initially skeptical about the Manta Pro simply from a cost standpoint. The price seemed a bit steep compared to the plethora of options, but I looked at this as an investment. Buy once, cry once, right? I'm glad I did. I've been using this for about a week now, and I'm sleeping better than I did before. It took a few times test fitting the eye cups so that I didn't get any light peeking through, but once I dialed it in, it works great. The mask is super breathable. I sleep with a fan on and can feel a little bit of air going through the mask, yet it truly is 100% blackout. I've found that it stays in position and doesn't slide around when I move. I'm strictly a side sleeper, and this mask is super comfortable. My quality of sleep has dramatically improved, even on the days where my body says "it's time to get up" after only 3 or 4 hours. I'm not waking up multiple times a night. I feel more rested when I do wake up. I'm falling asleep faster than before, and (usually) sleeping for longer. I think this is a great option for anyone looking for a sleep mask, but especially for anyone who works night shift. Do yourself a favor and get one. The benefits certainly outweigh the cost!

Seems to be some mixed opinions on this product. The only real “con” is the price. Even on sale, it is an investment. What I wished I knew early: - take some time before you go to bed to adjust the eye pieces. It will take a few shots to get it right. - if you are a side sleeper, focus on moving the eye pieces in a way that they do not press up against your head. - wear the strap high on your head, not like wearing a pair of glasses. It rubbed against my ears and they were raw in the morning. Positives: - if you fit and wear it properly, no light gets in ..: like none. - it takes a couple of nights, but you’ll forget you are wearing it quickly - it is well made … soft materials, good Velcro In general, I would say most people should buy it. Is the material and build make it worth the money? Heck no … but you will sleep better and what make it a good buy.

Das Material fühlt sich hochwertig an und wirkt langlebig. Im direkten Vergleich zu unseren bisherigen Modellen spielt sie in einer völlig anderen Liga. Der Preis ist hoch, aber aus unserer Sicht gerechtfertigt – man kauft hier etwas, das man nicht ständig ersetzen muss. Wir haben jeweils ein eigenes Modell bestellt und würden sie ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen. Fazit: Hervorragende Qualität, top Komfort und absolut zuverlässiger Sitz. Klare Empfehlung.
