My team and I often brainstorm and jot things down on paper but they never turn into cohesive tasks or plans. So, I started looking for something that could help us, after some research, I found this smart board can meet my needs, then I chose it. It arrived well-packaged, these guys were very considerate, it come with some necessities like touch pen, manual, and remote control, and includes a 1.8 meter long plug, which is a helpful item for me . As described, it has excellent performance, clear screen, touch responsiveness, easy setup and everything works great. The whiteboard function built-in a variety of tools, we can quickly shared the notes to my team by create QR code, that's awesome ! Its white appearance is very elegant and nice, very suitable to be placed inside our office. I am Very satisfied with this purchase and I would highly recommend this smart board!

I recently purchased this electronic board for community meetings, hoping to make our discussions more interactive. While the setup was straightforward, the core functionality really let me down. The touch sensitivity is quite poor. During a presentation, I tried to drag items across the board, but it either didn’t register my touch or jumped to a random spot on the screen. This led to some awkward moments, and it was frustrating for everyone involved. Using the included stylus near the edges was especially problematic. For this price, I expected a smooth and reliable experience, not a device that constantly fought against me. The frame also feels cheap, which adds to my disappointment. I can’t recommend this for anyone looking for a dependable one.

good for classroom use

When the Smartboard first arrived, we were concerned that without Google Suite pre-installed, we wouldn’t be able to use it as planned. Although this board isn't Google-certified, KEINONE’s support team was extremely helpful in guiding us through workarounds to achieve our goals. In the process, we discovered that the device’s capabilities actually exceeded our expectations, which allowed us to continue using the device with confidence. The company even went above and beyond by providing a partial refund. After reviewing several options for our office, I’m glad we chose this one.

Very heavy. Bottom corner arrived damaged. The screen will occasionally glitch and needs to be reset. Also is unable to play many games due to severe lag time.

Very pleased with this purchase. The support team went above and beyond to help me when I was having trouble with connecting to our system. They walked me though the setup process and we've been using it with ease. The quality of the display is clear and keeps the colors vibrant. Definitely was worth the investment. And the fact that you can touch it like a giant iPad is innovative and impressive to our visitors. Overall functions as expected and more. Would strongly recommend!
