Excellent for setting cabinets

the laser works fantastic but it did not come with a battery charger for the Li-ion battery. It came with a usb charging cable but i cannot find how to connect it. I cannot find how to charge it. The youtube videos show it coming with a charger that you set the battery in but this doesn't have it and i am struggling finding where to plug in the usb cable.

This lever is awesome! My husband hung all my pictures up with no problem . He loves it .

The media could not be loaded. I'm in the process of sprucing up the basement. I'm in the process of painting the exposed beams and installing led lights. Then I'll apply wall liner and textured wallpaper. And to do all that I'll need...bum bum bum...Straight Lines!I'm over stringing up chalk lines and measuring a dozen spots to get a vert line. So it was time to get a laser level.I was impressed by the quality cases for the tripod and the level, and for a lightweight tripod, this one is top notch. The instructions are vague, but it just takes a bit of button mashing to figure out what's what.The green light is brilliantly bright! It easily projected across my basement. It is self leveling, so you can bump it and the laser jiggles then returns to plumbIt came with a charger as well.I can use this to easily place my can lights, and to get a plumb line for my wall liner. This is going to save so much time! Even something as simple as hanging pictures is going to so much easier!Update: I was still figuring this out when I made the video. The blinking laser light means that you are too far off kilter and you need to adjust the tripod so the level has a chance to get level. If it's more than a few degrees off, it will blink so you know to get closer to level, then it will take it from there.

I've wanted one of these for a long time. Never could justify the expense of the big name brand ones. This works awesome. The tripod is well built and locks securely. I may use this for my camera too since it's so much better than that one.The laser level is a solid well built piece of tech. Very bright lasers and you can pick which ones you want on. Or have all 3 on if desired.The rubber bumpers will protect this from bumps and damage. Not sure I'm going to test the drop survival on purpose.The manual shows a battery charger to put the battery in. It's not in the package. The USB charging port is on the edge of the battery itself so it's not needed. Makes it easier to use without extra pieces.Both the level and the tripod have nice cases included.

Green Lazer and super easy to see. The Lazer is nice and even all the way across. My old red Lazer varied in thickness from middle to the ends but this one is perfect from end to end which is super helpful when laying tile.

DO NOT Purchase this for out door use. I purchased and used it inside the first time. I was reasonably happy with its performance. Then I built a couple of decks. The line does not show when the sun is out. I purchased the sensor thinking that would help, but it did not. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Especially since the return window is closed and I can not send it back. Now I have to purchase a different one for deck building. :(
