Q: I don't see uber as an option for size. Is big the same as uber?

Yes they are the exact same. thank you for asking.

Q: Can this be left outside?

Yes! You dig a hole in the ground for the support attachment and put the tether inside. It's been in our yard a year and still going strong! You can take the tether out and twirl around and have your dog chase it as well. Gets them tired! Our dog still loves it!

Q: does the pole holding the toy remain in the ground with a dog that is pulling very hard?

Yes I have a Bullmastiff and he loves it

Q: Is it supposed to come with a screw to keep it in the hole??

There is not. The hole is there to help remove the base if needed. You actually want the pole to spin as freely as possible
