Fit isn't as expected

I like this King Comforter, however, I'm disappointed at the size. I have a Queen sized bed, and this King Sized Comforter hangs about 8 inches on each side! It shows my sheets and is unpleasant looking...The pic showed it hanging to the floor! I'm not returning it because I need it, but I'm not too happy with the width of it :( I have an 18" mattress, but like I stated, it's a Queen and the Comforter is a King...

Wish I would have purchased this years ago.

Keeps you snug in the coldest of rooms. Downside is stitching comes undone after a couple of washes and you lose the nice diamond look.
