Are these cards re-writeable? Some cards bring sold can only be written to once while others can be rewritten with other data. Which are these?

Hello customer, thanks for your question.TimesKey tags with NXP 215 chip in the tag has a read-write lock function that makes the tags can be repeatedly edited or read-only. It depends on the APP you use to program the tags. Once locked, it will be read-only, you will no longer be able to edit and reset it. Such as Amiibo can only edit once, kindly pay attention to this before your programming.TimesKey welcomes to you anytime!

Are these compatible with HP officejet printers?

You would need to use a printer that can accommodate a card tray for printing. I know some models of Canon and Epson printers have the option to use a card tray but I don't think HP has that option with their Officejet line.
