Very comfortable, well made and helpful staff
My mould unfortunately was mislaid in the post but I received another one within a matter of a few days, and over the bank holiday period. I am grateful and impressed with the customer service. The staff were helpful on each occasion I spoke with them. The mould is also more comfortable than one I previously had.

Caveat emptor!
I like my upper tray. I dislike my upper tray, also because I was expecting a lower one as well! I would understand if I were making thousands of impressions a day but I do know the difference between my upper and lower jaw! One has a roof and the other not! Sending me a picture of two models after I complain and informing me that two upper impressions were sent after the event only proves that two models were made! You would think that this would be flagged beforehand! Show me the two identical impressions!! BUYER BEWARE! Do not trust!
