Could not pair with Android or iOS device?

For Android: turn off bluetooth and turn it back on (a few times), restart your phone, clear bluetooth cache/storage. Then search for the bluetooth "Android-Vlink" and enter the pairing code "1234". For iOS: Just enable bluetooth and connect the App.

Does it work on electric vehicles?

It can work on most EVs, but it requires a proper App. Depends on whether the app you're using is adapted to electric cars or not. Such as Car Scanner (with the appropriate EV connection profiles), ABRP, EVNotify, EV Watchdog, etc.

Is there an App included with the vLinker iCar Pro 2S?

No, there isn't. Our products don't include the Apps and requires separate download or purchase from Play Store or App Store. Apps are categorized into free and paid ones. Consumers can select the Apps on your needs.

What are the features of the vLinker iCar Pro 2S?

What features you can get, depending on the used App, car year, make, and model. We sell just an OBD bluetooth adapter, which can only provide physical layer support, and is compatible with other apps allow user to connect to the car via the adapter.

How to use phone to upgrade firmware? what if fails/interrupted?

Scanning the box OR code with your phone to download the Upgrade app and upgrade the product. Product comes with up-to-date firmware. Rarely need toupgrade. lf update fails (fail to connect the app), unplug & replug, connect to phone and try again.

Bought this because it's compatible with EVs and will automatically go into Standby mode when not in use (many OSB dongles do not do so on EVs). I use it with the Car Scanner App on my Phone, and it was quick and easy to set up. Not had it long enough to discover its full potential, but looks good so far.
